London Marathon 2027
Challenge yourself to the world’s most popular marathon, which showcases the best of London. Starting in Greenwich, the route passes iconic landmarks including Tower Bridge and Canary Wharf before the finish line on The Mall, with a view of Buckingham Palace. It’s a relatively flat course with personal best potential!

We have one London Marathon 2027 place and it is in high demand, so we are looking for a passionate runner who is committed to making a real difference. Fill out the form below to submit your entry. Please tell us what inspires you to run for The Yard and why this challenge matters to you – remember to include any fundraising ideas you have!
We’ll let the successful applicant know by the end of August 2027. If you’re successful, you will be required to pay a £100 registration fee to secure your charity place and then commit to raising a minimum sponsorship of £2500 by one month after the event.
Your entry includes:
- A Yard running top or vest to wear with pride throughout your training and on the big day
- Regular contact from our fundraising team to guide you along your journey

Already have your own place?
If you are lucky enough to get your own place through the TCS London Marathon public ballot and would like to raise money for us, you can join our team. You’ll get all the benefits and fundraising advice. There’s no minimum sponsorship requirement, we just ask you to raise as much as you can for us. The ballot results will be announced by early July, so please get in touch as soon as you know!
