Kate brings over 25 years of experience as a chartered accountant and partner at a professional accounting firm in Edinburgh. Originally from Manchester, Kate moved to Edinburgh nine years ago, a change you might notice from her accent!
Her connection with The Yard began in 2017, when she supported us with our successful tender for the 0-5 Early Years Service. This experience sparked her passion for The Yard’s mission, inspiring Kate to take a more active role in supporting the organisation.
Kate’s extensive experience in professional services and her commitment to The Yard make her a valuable addition to our board.
