Glasgow Kiltwalk 2026

Get ready for an unforgettable 2026 Kiltwalk adventure in Glasgow.

With three distances to choose from, you can enjoy a pleasant stroll with your family or go the distance and clock up the miles. Plus, the accessible routes, make it easy for everyone of all ages to take part!

Choose your distance:

  • The Mighty Stride: 23 miles. Starting from Glasgow’s iconic Glasgow Green and finishing in the idyllic surroundings of Balloch, Loch Lomond. Take on the Mighty Stride on either Saturday 25 or Sunday 26 April 2026. – £20
  • The Big Stroll: 14 miles. Starting from Clydebank and finishing in beautiful Balloch, Loch Lomond. – £20
  • The Wee Wander: 3 miles. Leaving from Loch Lomond Shore and finishing at Moss O’Balloch Park. Perfect for the whole family! £13 / £7 (Children)

Secure a charity place

Sign up for FREE with Team Yard and fundraise a minimum of £100 (Mighty Stride / Big Stroll) or £50 (Wee Wander)

Get your own place

When you sign up to a Kiltwalk event, choose The Yard as your nominated charity. Once you’re registered a member of the fundraising team will be in touch to help you get started with fundraising. 

As part of #TeamYard you will receive

  • A Yard t-shirt or running vest to wear with pride on the day of your Kiltwalk.
  • Support from a dedicated contact in our Fundraising team to help you achieve your target!

Dundee Kiltwalk is back across North Fife and Dundee.

There are two walking distances to pick from, with The Mighty Stride and The Wee Wander.

Mighty Stride – £20 – 21 miles

Wee Wander – £13 Adults / £7 Children – 4 miles

Looking for a challenge? With races at every level and beautiful scenic routes, the 2026 Edinburgh Marathon Festival is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for. Choose from 9 distances including marathon, half marathon, team relay, 10k, 5k and junior events and run through the heart of Edinburgh.

The Kilomathon Scotland is back! Attracting around 3,000 runners each year, the event is run on the Capital’s beautiful cycle path network, starting at Ocean Terminal beside the historic Royal Yacht Britannia (13.1k only) and finishing at the home of Scottish Rugby, Murrayfield Stadium.

There are three Kilomathon distances to choose from:

  • 13.1K is an excellent distance for those in-training for a full / half marathon, or runners looking to step-up from a 10K.
  • 6.5K is an ideal step-up from a 5K, or a perfect stepping stone to 10K distance.
  • The 2.62K junior race is a fun race for kids and takes place inside Murrayfield Stadium, the home of Scottish Rugby.

To join Team Yard you’ll need to pay an entry fee of £15 (£5 junior) and commit to a minimum fundraising target of £80 (£50 junior)

Are you looking for a fundraising event that you can get the whole family involved in?Take on this fantastic 5K run on either Friday or Saturday, the route will give you the opportunity to explore the home of two 30-metre high horses!

The Kelpies are mythical creatures who love to play at dusk, each one weighs over 300 tonnes. Come and immerse yourself in a light journey with them.
