You will be providing information, emotional and practical support to families with children with a wide range of support needs, empowering them to understand and access the support available to them from external services.
Do you?
Have knowledge of children’s rights, trauma informed and inclusive practices
Hold a strong understanding of the needs of families who have children with a disability or additional support needs
Understand the needs of service users and identify appropriate ways to meet their needs
Thrive in engaging with new service users, helping them to connect with other parents and carers with lived experience
